Love Locally Group sites only accept card payments, for paying for goods and services ordered via our web sites or other platforms.
The card payment process is very secure. Love Locally Group do not store any of your card information it is processed directly by a third party.

How it works

At the home page, simply enter your Post Code or Town and click search. This will display a list food providers in your area. You can then use the filters on the left to filter this list down and then select the outlet you want. This will take you their menu where you can start building your order. Once you have selected the desired items follow the checkout screens to complete your order.
We don't physically check the food retailers, but each ones has to provide and up to date FSA certificate to sign up to our platform.


Some of our outlets do offer delivery, of which some is free and some are chargeable, however it is not a requirement for an outlet to offer delivery but you can use the filters to show which ones offer deliver in your area.
Yes you can, simply select the Collection option during the checkout process and the time which you would like to collect and the outlet will have your order ready for collection.
The food outlets set the collection and delivery timeslots and the number of collections/deliveries per each slot. During these very unusual times this helps them to maintain social distancing for collections and keep everyone safe.


Yes. You can preorder currently up to 7 days in advance. With very popular outlets this is advisable to ensure you get your order at the time you want it.


Yes. We would actively encourage that you do review your experience. Whether the review is positive or negative it provides useful feed not only to us but the food outlet and other potential customers.
Once you have had your meal, you can log back into your account and go to the orders section. From there you can leave a review about your experience. You can only review places you have order from.
No. Your name and the date you reviewed and your review will be visible for everyone to see.
If the review contained abusive or offence langauge they Love Lovally Group will remove or possibly edit certain words in the review if it deems it neccessary.


The outlet sets all prices for products and services. Love Locally Group does not control this.
